ORDERS
How do I change or cancel my order?
Please note that ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Orders are not eligible for cancellation once placed, except for the following reasons:
1. Your order has taken more than 14 business days to ship.
2. The item is out of stock.
3. You made an error regarding size or color.
If your order falls into one of these categories, please contact us for cancellation. Refunds may take 3-5 business days to process.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Strive Society E-Gift Cards.
Why was my order cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled due to items being out of stock, issues with payment verification, or discrepancies in shipping information.
My order was cancelled but why were the funds still deducted from my bank account?
Refunds can take 1-3 business days to be processed and reflected in your account, depending on your bank's policies.
There is something missing/defective/not what I ordered. What do I do now?

My package is being returned to Strive Society. What do I do now?
Packages returned due to invalid addresses will be restocked, and you will receive an E-Gift Card minus the initial shipping charge.

What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
How do I return an item?
To start a return, contact us at [email protected] and follow the instructions provided. Returns must be initiated within 15 days from the delivery date, and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
Can I exchange for a different size/item?
We do not accept exchanges. Return your item for store credit, and use the credit to purchase the correct size/item.
Do you provide return shipping labels?
For U.S. orders, the cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
I am an international customer, how do I return an item?
International customers must pay for return shipping. Contact us at [email protected] for further assistance.

How much does shipping cost?
Shipping rates vary based on the weight and destination of your package. You will receive tracking information once your order ships.
How do I know if my order shipped?
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for handling.
My tracking info shows my package was delivered but I never received it.
Check around your neighborhood and with family or roommates. If you still cannot locate your package, contact the shipping carrier to file a claim.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Rates and times vary by destination. Customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, duties, and customs fees.

Why is my discount code not working?
Ensure the code is entered correctly and not expired. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers and do not apply to gift cards, taxes, or shipping.
