If the product is unavailable, we'll provide store credit equal to your original purchase price.
Note that this Guarantee only applies to products bought directly from STRIVE SOCIETY or authorized sellers. Products from unauthorized sellers are not covered, except where prohibited by law. The Guarantee applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for 30 days from the purchase date.
How to Claim the Guarantee
To request a Guarantee, email us at [email protected]. Provide details about where and when you bought the product and your order number. Explain what happened and how you cared for the product. If approved, you'll need to show proof of purchase and will receive instructions on the replacement process.

STRIVE SOCIETY reserves the right to verify purchase information, require valid proof of purchase, and deny requests in cases of suspected fraud or abuse of the Satisfaction Guarantee. Replacements are available only within 30 days of purchase and are limited to one per unique item.

What do you mean by Quality Guaranteed?
Our products are made with high-quality fabrics and craftsmanship that we stand behind.
If our product doesn’t reasonably hold up over its natural lifetime (excluding laundry accidents), we’ll work to make it right.
What is a product lifetime?
Our products are designed to be durable, though they can't last forever.
We use various techniques like screen printing, Direct to Garment, DTF, embroidery, and sublimation. Each requires specific care. Ideally, dry clean your garments. If not possible, hand wash them, or machine wash inside out with cold water and hang dry to extend their lifespan.
Normal wear and tear is expected as part of a product's lifecycle.
What is not covered under our Satisfaction Guarantee?
- Products bought at sample sales, off-price retailers, or second-hand platforms.
- Extreme wear and tear, third-party alterations, dry-cleaning issues, improper care, unusual wear and tear, and other reasons at our discretion.
